The Centre for urgent medical help is established with financial aid of International organizations  PHARE, World Bank, etc. and National Urgent Medical Help in Bulgaria. Today it meets the European and International standards. It serves 7 settlements in District of Vratsa Vratsa, Mezdra, Krivodol, Biala Slatina, Oriahovo, Roman, Kozloduy. There are 22 ambulances, 10 of them are for  Municipality of Vratsa .
